What Does this uterus Test Result Mean?

Uterus 7.3*5.7*4.9 Coarse myometrial echotexture. Width of anterier wall more than the posterier wall importing to globular contout to the uterus. Entometrium 18mm Rt ovary 42*18*24 mm vol(9.6cc) s/a ratio 0.35 Lt ovary 35*21*23 mm vol(9.4cc) s/a ratio 0.34 Both ovaries show multiple peripherally arranged follicles with central echogenic stroma s/o polycystc pattern. No free fluid in pod Adenomyosis ruled out Thick endometrium Bilatetal pcod Today 10th day Pls help me any severe prb. Kindly explain any major issues

Hi,
Thanks for posting in HCM.
I understand your concern.
The following conclusions can be done based on the ultrasound report you have furnished.
1. Uterus appears little bulky than normal with reference to shape and size. Uterus texture is also not uniform.
2. Both ovaries shows enlargement than normal with multiple cystic lesions.
3. Lining of uterine cavith (endometrium) shows thickening than normal.
4. Other structures surrounding the uterus appears to be normal.
From this, it could be inferred that you are having 'Poly cystic Ovarian Disease' (PCOD) along with endometrium thickening.
Kindly consult Gynecologist for appropriate evaluation and management.
